Metroid Prime 1.5?

Recently a design document for a Metroid Prime game that was never made was discovered on Tony C. Giovanni's personal website, who was a level designer at Retro Studios back in 2002. I was tipped off about this from a source who wishes not to be identified, who also provided me with the full document. As a service for all the avid Metroid fans who would like to see would could have been a Metroid Prime game, but wasn't, I posted the full unaltered document as one of our features.
