Hi there folks, this is Emperor with an update on the fangame Falcool has informed you about - Metroid Remix. It is with a great pleasure that I announce that the first demo between Kuro and I is now complete! This demo showcases the area of Brinstar, and is open-ended to allow players to discover all the items in place. Downloads Link 1 - Metroid Remix Link 2 - MHQ Download Controls Move: Arrow keys Shift: Aim diagonally Fire: X Jump: Z Switch to Missiles: S Pause: Space Before playing, make sure to extract the full contents of the zip to a folder. Otherwise, the game won't run. Unfortunately, this demo is not Mac compatible, however, Mac support is possible in the future. | Heya, sorry for the really response to you iPonder. Metroid Remix was actually made with Game Maker, though exclusively using GML. The resource management it offers along with simplifying other things allowed for development to happen a lot faster than if I had used something more like C++. Hope that helps you. |
