The marathon is swiftly approaching us...

On an unrelated note, I'd like to take a minute to talk about Metroid Remix. Those of you who regularly visit the site are probably familiar with the fangame, which is a reimagining of the original Metroid, and has had a page on MHQ for a year now. What you might not know, however, is that both Kuro and I have finished work on our second major demo release for the game. This release features many new items, Norfair (all of it!), and part of Kraid, along with a secret area. A lot of work has been put into the demo, and I feel that it reflects that.

The Remix page on MHQ has been updated with the new download and information, though the official site (metroid-remix.com) has had it for a few weeks now. Be sure to give it a try and leave us some comments!

So right, about that marathon. There's one day left you know.

And to view it, and all the shenanigans that will no doubt be occurring, all you have to do is be on this page. The livestream will be directly embedded, so you don't have to fuss around with finding the URL or browsing through forums. Stay tuned!
