This is the first second update in a single day in a while... Thanks to DeProgrammer for tipping me off about this. 1up.com has recently conducted an interview with Yoshio Sakamoto and Yusuke Hayashi, two of the game creators for Metroid: Other M, which appears to be a final title for the game. In the interview, the game creators confirm that the new game takes place after Super Metroid and before Metroid Fusion. The gameplay will more resemble the slightly more linear style of Fusion than the deep exploration style of Super and Prime. It was also revealed that a third company is taking care of cinematic development. You can read the interview at the link posted above. |
